Tracking Your Shipment

We understand how crucial it is for you to keep track of your order. Therefore, we'd like to inform you that immediately after dispatch via DHL, you will receive an email containing the shipping confirmation and DHL tracking number. Please ensure that you have provided us with your email address for these notifications to stay informed about the current status of your delivery.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, such as due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, there's no need to worry. We will make another attempt to deliver to the correct shipping address to ensure your order reaches you.

Delivery Times

Our logistics partner, DHL, works with the utmost efficiency to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases, delays may occur, especially if there are incomplete recipient details or customs clearance is required. Please understand that phone or written orders through our customer service may take up to 3 business days to process.

Normally, your products will be shipped with DHL within 3 business days after order placement or receipt of payment. Please note that for bank transfers, it may take several banking days for the payment to reach us. Particularly on weekends and holidays, there might be longer processing times.

Cost of National and International Shipping

We are pleased to inform you that we generally offer shipping free of charge, both nationally and internationally. However, please note that returns should be made at your own cost. Additionally, we recommend obtaining higher insurance when sending returns to ensure the goods are protected during transport.

For any inquiries regarding our shipping or delivery times, our customer service is always available to assist you. We strive to help you with any concerns and provide you with a seamless experience.

Thank you for your trust, and we look forward to delivering top-notch products to you promptly!
